How I work

The Content Thing is a full-service content agency. 


Simply put, I create the content your business needs to bring new prospects to the door, and sell effectively to the ones you already have.

How I work: About

A no-nonsense approach to getting the job done.

I believe in workshops. I believe in understanding what you as a client needs, and what needs to be communicated to your own customers.
I just don't believe in charging you €50k for the privilege.
My focus is always on deliverables, not padding. It's about a practical approach to what is going to deliver for your business.

A typical project

We work together to establish what works for you. But it often looks something like this:

Workshop

I take a short amount of time to learn about your business, your objectives, and how you sell.

We explore and discuss potential content strategies, and what we can learn from others.

We look at metrics - how we will measure success.

Document content strategy

After a workshop, I create a short document defining your brand and the key 'beliefs' your content will aim to engender in your audience.

In addition, I document what execution will look like: what will be delivered when, and what form it will take.

Do the work

I create the content we have agreed, we publish, and we keep a close eye on results to ensure we are seeing the impact we want to.

Whatever works

Whether a fractional role in your organization, a monthly retainer, or payment per item - whatever commercial arrangement you're looking for is usually OK with me. My aim is to fit into how you want to work, not the other way around.
