Why content matters

The short answer? It's what gets your customers believing what you need them to believe.
The long(er) answer? Read on.

Why content?: Welcome

The business of belief

In order for anyone to buy from any organisation, that person needs to hold a certain set of beliefs.

As consumers, we don't necessarily articulate this, but on reflection we understand how it drives our purchasing behaviour. "This is the cheapest website to buy this kind of product from". "Volvos are the safest cars on the market" - and so on.

It's the same in business. And business content is the art of ensuring those beliefs are nurtured and re-inforced.

The power of content

Content is where the rubber hits the road. It is where communication between your business and your target audience takes place. And that is why it matters.

Great content has your prospects eating out of your hand. Poor content achieves nothing.

Words with a purpose

The key to great content is purpose. I work with clients to document what that purpose is and ensure we deliver every time.

"What belief do I want the audience to have? What do I want the audience to do after reading?

Great content knows the answers to these questions - and delivers for your business as a result.
